Grief & Loss Counselling in Warradale & Southern Adelaide

A cozy corner of a room with a wooden armchair, a beige pillow, a small potted plant, a few books underneath, a textured area rug, and a brick wall visible through an open doorway.

Grief doesn’t always look the way people expect. You might be coping with the death of someone close, the end of a relationship, a major life change, or a loss of identity or direction. Many people manage day to day while still carrying a heavy emotional load underneath.

Grief and loss counselling offers a space to talk openly about what you’re carrying, at your own pace. There’s no timeline, no right way to grieve, and no expectation to “move on”. Sessions focus on understanding your experience and finding ways to live alongside loss, rather than pushing it away.

Counselling is available in person in Warradale for clients across the southern Adelaide suburbs, as well as via telehealth. If you’re considering support, you’re welcome to reach out — even if you’re not sure what you need yet.
